We invite a small group of qualified candidates like you to record a video interview. In a matter of days after your one-way video interview, we invite an even smaller group of qualified candidates to submit a work sample, provide references and participate in a live video interview with the appropriate hiring leader. The most qualified candidates participate in a live video interview with a small group of future teammates. We extend offers to our preferred candidates.
