FUSE Corps is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that enables local government to more effectively address the biggest challenges facing urban communities. FUSE partners with civic leaders to identify pressing strategic challenges and then recruits entrepreneurial, mid-career professionals to serve in executive-level fellowships across local government. FUSE Fellows are uniquely positioned to achieve transformative impact across issue areas such as education, health, poverty, economic development and the environment. With the support of partners like Omidyar Network and The James Irvine Foundation, FUSE is demonstrating the potential of cross-sector collaboration as a vehicle for community-based problem solving.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and new projects will be posted to our Fellowship Opportunities page over the coming weeks. Qualified applicants are interviewed by phone, video and at final in-person interviews with the city and county host agencies for the fellowship project.Fellows are retained as independent contractors of FUSE Corps and are paid an annual stipend of $90,000 through monthly installments.
